THANKSGIVING WEEK
Unfortunately, many people are focused on issues. Very few people are grateful for what they have.
When you see only gray clouds in life, you can not see the light.
You can not create, to grow, to make changes when you’re in a state where everything seems to end.
The universe does not like to give you nice things when you do not appreciate what you already have.
You begin to grow, to see the world in a different light, to appreciate the beauty around us, to be happy even for the smallest things.
Surely everyone has in his life, at least one thing for which to be grateful.
What to do: Over the next week 28 July-3 August, I will pray, we do together every morning (at least for the awakening) and each evening (before bed), one exercise extremely simply enumerate in writing at least 3 things you’re thankful for.
If you find more, really good. Let’s start with them but at least three.
When you choose “Join” program, please take your commitment that you will do exercises. If you think you have no time or do not exercise you can do, please do not join.
We will see together after this week, how well we caught. As we have heart full of joy, appreciation, gratitude.
Then good changes begin to occur.
